“No other team has done what we’ve done. We’ve been to the final four times and I think we’ve been a little unlucky, as it’s not always easy to play a final in your rival’s ‘home’. We are proud for our team and we will keep being on top”, noted the captain of Olympiacos.
As for what’s next? Spanoulis is setting sights for next season: “I will try to be here, to help my team in order to make to another final. I hope we will be in Belgrade next season.”
“Our big goal now is the Greek championship. By winning it, we can say that we’ve had a successful season.”
