Jacob Pullen far from enjoyed working together with Dusko Ivanovic in Khimki Moscow, using some pretty harsh words to characterize their cooperation.

When Jacob Pullen recalls his days in Khimki Moscow and brings the image of Dusko Ivanovic in his mind, there won’t be any fond memories to remember.

Quite the contrary. “The current situation is that Dusko (Ivanovic) is the worst coach I ever played for,” Pullen said to Russian agency R-Sport. “He didn’t want me to be on the team the whole season and I broke no rules or did anything wrong. He just removed from the team.”

“I wish I never signed to play for him. He had no control over the team all season and only let Shved do what he wanted to do and take 30 shots. No other player on the team was happy all season being here,” he added.

The American guard also mentioned that, “I would love to come back next season if there was a new coach. I could help this team compete in EuroLeague.

Pullen joined Khimki shortly after the beginning of the season first with a temporary deal and then with a contract for the remainder of 2016/2017. He averaged 10.3 points, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals in 17 minutes per game in EuroCup where the Russian team reached the quarterfinals.
