Panathinaikos had already made a three-year offer to Kenny Gabriel and the player gave a positive answer to the club.

Gabriel, 27, signed a three year contract (1+1+1) with Panathinaikos confirming how much he wanted to stay in the team with which he won the Greek League and Cup titles.

The only thing remaining for the deal to become official is the announcement by the Greek club. The American forward, who had also attracted some interest by Besiktas, averaged 5.2 points and three rebounds in 15:33 in EuroLeague plus 6.5 points, 3.3 rebounds in 15:11 minutes per game in the Greek League.
