Batuk (27, 1,96 m.) started his career at Alpella (2006-08), played for a season at Trabzosport (2008-09), then at Karsiyaka (2009-2012) and from 2012 until 2016 he was a member of Anadolu Efes.
He is considered one of the solid Turkish guards and despite having signed a two year deal with Darussafaka last summer, after the changes in the club which will compete in the EuroCup and the BSL without having the exclusive support of Dogus, he is leaving.
The deal is almost done and the official announcement is expected soon.
