Crvena Zvezda began its preparation ahead of the new season almost at full strength.

The ABA and Sebian League champions gathered at “Aleksandar Nikolic” arena, Belgrade for their first team practice ahead of the 2017/2018 season, earlier than any other EuroLeague team.

Head coach Dusan Alimpijevic had 13 players at his disposal since only captain Branko Lazic and James Feldeine were absent. The first is at the Serbian national team training camp while Feldeine will join his new squad in latter stages of the preparation.

New arrivals Marko Keselj, Nikola Radicevic, Stefan Jankovic, Nikola Jovanovic joined Milko Bjelica, Nemanja Dangubic, Petar Rakicevic, Ognjen Dobric, Dejan Davidovac, Stefan Lazarevbic, Borisa Simanic, Dragan Apic and Aleksa Radanov.

Red Star will continue its training sessions in Zeleznik hall for the next 15 days since the Serbian national team will use “Aleksandar Nikolic”.
