Here is what the Olympiacos‘ center had to say to Cosmote TV:

When asked about the Serbian icon and his admitted idol, Vlade Divac, Milutinov seemed excited: “I would love to be like Divac. He was my idol, I videotaped all of his games with the Sacramento Kings. It marked my life. He is one of the best basketball players in the history of Serbian basketball”

Whether he was close to joining Crvena Zvezda in the past: “There had been discussions after Hemofarm with Crvena Zvezda, but I knew the right thing to do was to play in Partizan under coach Vujosevic’s instructions, for which I feel grateful, and then the right step was to leave for Olympiacos. ”

As for his contract extension with Olympiacos, he noted: “As you said, after the defeat by Panathinaikos, the trust I received from my team was incredible and I am grateful for that and hope to repay them in the best way possible.

“I would like to work with Gregg Popovic one day”, Milutinov said when asked about the Spurs “but for now I’m only concentrating on Olympiacos and how I can help my team. I do not think of another team. When I was in the United States for the preparation I had the opportunity to meet him.”

Ηe also shared his opinion about the Greek Freak, Giannis Antetokounmpo: “Excellent player, who has the potential to go very high in the NBA. Every year he is getting better, which means he works. He is a professional and has no limits.”

Finally, he talked about his relationship with coach Djordjevic: “I have no problems with him. He has done a lot for the national team. As a player, as a coach, he has offered a lot of things.
