Coach Dusan Alimpijevic seemed extremely satisfied after their second consecutive victory:
“This was almost a perfect match for us. We only had two minutes of weaker defense in the second quarter. We had to stay aggressive for all 40 minutes. This is a team victory“.
“Now that we are thinking about the victories we have achieved so far, it is very clear that they all came after team games and team spirit. There are many small heroes who are doing a good job. There was a lot of them tonight. I am extremely proud of the way we have achieved this victory“.
Meanwhile, Velimir Perasovic wanted to highlight the great job that Zvezda did:
“ They deserve this victory. From the beginning of the game, they improved their physical games and the match became easy for them. The key point of the game is especially the turnovers we made in the second half and the easy numbers our rival found.”
