Valencia has to pay a buy out to Zaragoza in order to get the young player who has already four years of experience in the Spanish Liga Endesa.
Garcia is currently playing his fifth season in the Spanish top division after making his debut when he was just 16 years and 8 months old.
So far he is averaging 9.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 12.9 rankings in the nine league games.
