“We deserved this victory because for 35 minutes we were leading and playing great basketball. We made some mistakes at the end, but we played a great game and deserved this win. We need this kind of experience as a team to play together in crucial moments in these special courts”, said the AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milano coach.
When asked about what his team has as a goal, Pianigiani mentioned: “We need to put more effort and start building something that will last so we don’t start from zero next season. We tried to choose good people in this project, we have to believe in everybody and stick with them and at the end of the season our goal is to fix what we have to”.
