Alfred Julbe, who is acting as the interim coach for Barcelona Lassa, will be in charge of the team next Thursday (8/2) in Tel Aviv. The “Blaugranas” fired Sito Alonso on Monday and Julbe recognized that they are in a difficult situation, according to Mundo Deportivo:
“The team is in a complicated situation, denying it would be stupid. It’s a complicated situation, very talented people, with a lot of physical and basketball talent, prepared to compete at the top level. I have a diagnosis but I won’t explain it“.
Julbe will stay with the first team but just until Barcelona signs another head coach:
“It doesn’t depend on me and I also won’t add comments about what I think or do not think. I have an age and a few years of basketball to understand all kinds of situations and I appreciate that they were clear to me. They have made it very clear that they are looking for someone else“.
