Shengelia spoke to the Athens-Macedonian News Agency after Baskonia‘s loss to Panathinaikos and was asked to comment on the current situation of the Greens.
“I respect their decision not to stand in line during the presentation”, the Georgian star notes. “Panathinaikos is a serious team, if the players thought it was an important decision, I have nothing to comment on this”.
“Panathinaikos belongs to the EuroLeague. It’s a club with a great history, though as I said, it’s a decision of their own”, Shengelia adds.
