Nando De Colo was the man of the game tonight in Fenerbahce – CSKA Moscow since it was his buzzer-beating dagger that allowed the “Army Men” to leave Istanbul with a victorious result.
The French combo guard was quite happy that he hit such a crucial, game-winning bucket, especially in such a tough match that might’ve locked first place for his team.
“It felt good to score buzzer beater,” De Colo told Eurohoops. “We won the game, this is the most important thing. We played a good and tough game. To win those games, you need to be strong and play well all 40 minutes. That’s what we did that tonight.”
“It’s good to have this advantage for the first spot. We worked hard all this season. The game at tonight was really important. We have important games next week and we have to work hard and ready for the playoffs,” he added.
