After not making the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague playoffs for the second straight year, FC Barcelona Lassa is looking for new signings that could help the team moving forward.

According to ‘Mundo Deportivo‘, Barcelona is interested in signing Kevin Pangos. Pangos, who currently plays for Zalgiris Kaunas and has led the team throughout the season to Belgrade’s Final Four is having a phenomenal year averaging 12.7 points per game, while also handing out 6.0 assists.

The Canadian point-guard will become a free-agent this upcoming summer, as his two-year deal with the Lithuanian side will come to an end, and ‘Barca’ is interested in inquiring him. At the moment, there is nothing closed between the two sides, even if there is a mutual interest, and willingness for both sides to reach an agreement.

On the other hand, as he recently told Eurohoops, he wants to follow the ‘NBA dream,’ and given his recent level of play, it could be a possibility for the 25-year old, this summer. Besides, according to the Spanish newspaper, other teams in the EuroLeague are also interested in signing him.

Pangos will undoubtedly have many options this off-season, after his excellent season in Lithuania and the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. It will surely be a topic that will keep us interested.
