BELGRADΕ – “Starting from Llull, then Kuzmic, we had to find a way through injuries to cover up for the lack these quality players. Missing Sergio, we had to adjust. It was a difficult season but we did great”, the French player tells Eurohoops.
As for how did Real manage to bounce back and win the series against Panathinaikos and get their ticket for Belgrade, Causeur explains: “Our experienced guys stepped up and we found a way to win game 2 and get our confidence back. It’s great to win in such a tough arena.”
