Real Madrid has agreed to sign 23-year-old Argentinian forward Gabriel Deck according to El Bernabeu.

Deck is playing in Argentina with San Lorenzo. On March, he led his team to the Liga de las Americas title by posting 23 points and 10 rebounds in the Final vs. Brazilian side Mogi Dal Cruzes, earning MVP honors in the process. He was also the competition’s top scorer with an average 19.1 points per game.

The international Argentinian player, who is nicknamed “Tortuga” (Turtle in Spanish), is currently competing in the domestic LNB league semifinals vs. Institute. He’s been averaging 20 points and 23 PIR per game.

Last September, Deck played against Real Madrid in a preparation game. He scored 17 points helping San Lorenzo win 84 – 81.
