Darussafaka was interested in Michael Erick but decided to sign the former Unicaja Malaga guard. The contract is for one year and so Ray McCallum will play for Dacka in next year’s Turkish Airlines EuroLeague competition.
In the 2017-2018 EuroLeague season, McCallum put up 9.2 points, 2.7 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game, in 30 contests.
The 27-year old in his career has also played for the Sacramento Kings, the San Antonio Spurs, and the Memphis Grizzlies.
