After spending a season with Fenerbahce, Jason Thompson will depart from the team as his contract ended, the Turkish side announced Tuesday.
Thompson, 31, tapped an average of 5.0 points and 3.9 rebounds in 36 EuroLeague games during his inaugural season and even made his first appearance in the Final Four. Fenerbahce made it to the final, though was defeated by Real Madrid.
Thompson won a Turkish President’s Cup during his stint with Fenerbahce.
