Maodo Lo moved from Brose Bamberg to FC Bayern Munich.

Reigning German League champion FC Bayern Munich signed point guard Maodo Lo for the next two seasons, the club announced Friday. Lo (1.91 meters, 25 years old) arrives from fellow German side Brose Bamberg, where he posted 6.9 points and 1.8 assists in 30 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague games and 8.7 points and 2.1 assists in 41 domestic games.

In addition, he won one German League title and one German Cup in his two seasons in Bamberg. Before that, Lo played college basketball at Columbia University and was a two-time All-Ivy League first team selection. Lo led the German national team to a silver medal at the 2015 World University Games played in South Korea and has become a regular with the senior national team, per EuroLeague Basketball.
