After a great season with Zalgiris Kaunas in which the team reached the final-4 in the Euroleague, Brandon Davies spoke about his summer activities and his goals for next season.
On the TBT tournament:
“The tournament was a lot of fun. You work out all summer and try to play pickup games but to be able to play a game that’s refereed that means something it kind of makes the summer a little more fun.”
On the highlight reel plays from the TBT league:
“That’s what I plan on doing. I was working on stuff that I’m going to bring here so hopefully I can add to my game and we can have an even better season.”
On the “new faces” in Kaunas and expectations for next season:
“I’ve heard of all of them before. I’ve played against Nate Wolters a little bit in the NBA and the Summer League. We have a good group of guys with many guys who are returning. It will be a lot of fun.”, he said.
“I expect to have another great year. The sky is the limit for us. We have some things we need to fix from last year.”, he concluded.
