Buducnost in EuroLeague preparation fever

Buducnost is getting ready for its long-awaited EuroLeague return and took down Beikong Fly Dragons, in a friendly game played in Belgrade.

Buducnost Voli Podgorica is making its return to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague after 15 years, and coach Aleksandar Dzikic’s team had a winning start to the preseason.

After two weeks of practicing, Buducnost played its first preseason test and beat Beikong Fly Dragons 104-75 in a friendly game played in Belgrade, Serbia.

Buducnost took control from the get-go and started building a lead that grew to 39-20 midway through the second quarter. The Montenegrin champs led 50-28 at halftime, then pulled away some more later in the third and early in the fourth quarter.

With no player playing more than 19 minutes, Edwin Jackson led in victory with 13 points. Nikola Ivanovic and Zoran Nikolic scored 11 points apiece, Earl Clark had 10 points, and Aaron Craft dished 7 assists.
