The host city for the 2018-19 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four is steeped in basketball history, with fans in Vitoria-Gasteiz able to cheer on a consistently excellent team for nearly half a century. The Basque city – capital of the province of Alava – is a basketball hotbed like few other places.
