Real Madrid crushed an Unicaja Malaga squad full of young players 96 – 47 and won the Spanish “Costa del Sol” preseason tournament.
The reigning EuroLeague champions were simply too much for their opponents and once they took control of the game with a 22-4 partial score in the first half, they never looked back.
Jaycee Carroll (13 points) and Sergio Llull (12 points) led Real while 18-year-old Melwin Pantzar added 10 points.
For Unicaja Malaga, Kyle Wiltjer was the only player in double figures with 16 points.
