The Greens grabbed the victory against Fenerbahce in the final of an emotional tournament.

Panathinaikos clinched the first ever Pavlos Giannakopoulos Tournament trophy by beating Fenerbahce 85-80 in the final.

Matt Lojeski led the winners with 13 points, followed by DeShaun Thomas and Ioannis Papapetrou that tapped 11 points apiece.

Joffrey Lauvergne and Kostas Sloukas both posted a game-high of 15 points for Fenerbahce, while Bobby Dixon added 10 points.

Earlier today, Maccabi Tel Aviv sealed the third spot after prevailing over Khimki.
