The Reds and the newcomers from Montenegro are the first teams which are sanctioned for the new season.

Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Round 3 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague regular season.

According to the press release:

  • Buducnost VOLI Podgorica has been sanctioned with a fine of 1,500€ for the throwing of objects onto the playing court by spectators on occasion of its home game against Maccabi Fox Tel-Aviv under Article 29.2.h) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
  • Olympiacos Piraeus has been sanctioned with a fine of 2,500€ for the use of laser pointers by spectators on occasion of its home game against AX Armani Exchange Milan under Article 29.2.f) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
