In the first part of his Eurohoops interview, Sarunas Jasikevicius talked about his addiction to winning, his basketball philosophy, the Zalgiris Kaunas project and being a coach.

The second part has to do with the goal of being a head coach in the NBA. After being interviewed by the Raptors, Jasikevicius is a hot commodity on both sides of the Atlantic, however, if he goes to the NBA, he wants to do it on his own terms. “I would not lose my values”, he explains.

“We have to accept the fact that the NBA is the best league”, Saras says while he also hopes that a solution can be found in the issues between FIBA and the EuroLeague cause currently the situation is “a disaster” and “it’s absolutely ridiculous”.
