Fenerbahce shooting guard and captain Malih Mahmutoglu suffered a tear in his rear muscle during the win against Tofas in the Turkish League on Sunday (25/11).
Mahmutoglu will be unavailable to coach Zeljko Obradovic for 15 days and also won’t be able to play for the Turkish national team in the World Cup qualifying games against Spain and Montenegro.
The 28-year-old Turk has been averaging 5.6 points so far in Turkish Airlines EuroLeague while shooting 45% from deep.
