Maccabi Tel Aviv guard Deandre Kane will stay out for three to six weeks after suffering hamstring tear in the EuroLeague game vs. Barcelona (17/1) the club announced.

Kane will thus miss at least the three upcoming EuroLeague games, against Panathinaikos (24/1) and Olympiacos at home (7/2), plus Baskonia (31/1) on the road. In the worst case scenario, he will also be out in the matches vs. Olimpia Milano away from home and Darussafaka Tekfen in Tel Aviv.

Maccabi is currently tied with Milano at the ninth spot in the standings with 9 – 11. The aforementioned games may decide whether the “Yellows” will make the playoffs or not.

Kane averages 9.5 points, 4.5 assists and 3.0 assists over 28 minutes per game this EuroLeague season.
