Olympiacos is gearing up for the final eleven games of the EuroLeague 2018-19 Regular Season and Sasha Vezenkov is up to the task of securing the best possible position in the standings. He blogged as much for EuroLeague underlining that his team’s motto is to face the matches one by one. He also analyzed the recent victory against Khimki Moscow Region and wrote about Giorgos Bogris various nicknames.

Thursday’s away game against Fenerbache Beko is also on the 23-year-old forward’s mind: Fenerbahce is a great team, first in the competition, with just two losses and many good players who have been together for a while, like Sloukas, Vesely, Datome, Kalinic, not to mention a great coach like Zeljko Obradovic. If you want to win there, you have to do a lot of things right. No team has beaten Fenerbahce on their home court, either. Their fans can create a great atmosphere. They will be waiting for us and we have to be ready for that”.

Vezenkov has played in 17 EuroLeague matches this year starting in two occasions. He’s averaging 3.9 points and 2.4 rebounds for the Reds.
