Olimpia Milano head coach Simone Pianigiani said that Arturas Gudaitis most likely suffered a broken knee ligament during the road win over Gran Canaria.

“It was shocking for the players to see their teammate like this in the locker room,” Pianigiani mentioned in the post-game presser.

Gudaitis got injured after trying to contest a shot with seven minutes remaining for halftime. He was forced to exit the court on a stretcher.

If the first estimations are confirmed then Gudaitis will miss the rest of the season. The Lithuanian center has averaged 12.5 points and 7.1 rebounds per game and is widely regarded as one of the elite EuroLeague big guys this season.
