In a seven-year projection of the revenues for EuroLeague and its participating clubs, Forbes estimated the overall sum to be $1.1 billion.

Τhis number includes revenues of both the company and the clubs that compete in the league. Forbes’ projection is adjusted to a number of 16 clubs and is taking into account the estimated revenues for 2018-2019, a figure of $511 million. Thus essentially, EuroLeague and club revenues are expected to be doubled in seven years.

However, while the numbers may be impressive, currently even EuroLeague powerhouses like Real Madrid and Fenerbahce Beko are having a large deficit. Overall in European basketball, it’s rare for clubs not to have an actual profit but to break even, however, if the Forbes proves to be right, things can change.
