Cory Higgins was CSKA‘s go-to guy once again in the final minutes of the thrilling win against Fenerbahce BEKO Istanbul. The 29-year old forward had a great performance, especially in the fourth quarter.
He finished the contest with 15 points, seven of which came in the final three minutes, proving why he’s one of the best closers in the EuroLeague competition. Against Anadolu Efes (on the road), Fenerbahce (home and on the road), and Real Madrid (home and on the road), Higgins has been nothing short of sensational in the fourth quarter. His numbers speak for themselves: 7.6 points, 15/23 FG, 1.2 assists, 0.4 turnover.
