Real Madrid managed to hold off Panathinaikos and grab the win in Game 1 of EuroLeague playoffs, in no small part thanks to Jeffery Taylor.
Taylor nailed three shots from deep on his way to team-high 13 points while adding one rebound and one assist along the way.
