VITORIA-GASTEIZ — Vasilije Micic was instrumental in Anadolu Efes‘ historic success this season making it to the All-EuroLeague Second Team along the way. He, of course, wishes to put on a show in the semifinal against Fenerbahce Beko as well but it doesn’t matter as long as his squad wins:  “I wish I can be [the main man] but in my opinion, for me, it’s only important to win the game. If we do it, I don’t care what my stats will be”, the Serbian guard told Eurohoops.

He also wouldn’t want to settle with just getting to the Final Four and believes they’ve got a chance to go all the way: “We cannot look at it that way. We have to look the way that we want to win. I think we have a good chance tomorrow, our chance and have to use it. If we do it, it would be a great success to go to the Final.”

Micic also talked about his All-EuroLeague Second Team honors as well as the matchup vs. Fenerbahce:
