After winning the EuroLeague title, Dimitris Itoudis is a hot commodity but after all, it seems that he will stay in Moscow. Despite numerous reports from Russia about a deal, the two sides are still in talks and nothing is finalized yet.
However, both the club and the Greek coach seem to be in favor of cooperating for the next two or three years. And while there’s interest for Itoudis from the NBA, as CSKA president Andrey Vatutin confirmed, the chances of him staying in Moscow are more than many at this point.
The 48 years old Itoudis has been sitting on the bench of CSKA Moscow since 2014 and during his five seasons with the club, he won twice the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.
