Olympiacos Piraeus has reached an agreement on a 2+1 deal with Greek guard and two-time (2017, 2018) Greek League Best Young Player Antonis Koniaris as SDNA first reported and Eurohoops sources can confirm.
Koniaris, 21, finished the season with PAOK Thessaloniki. In games of the 2018-2019 Basketball Champions League games, Koniaris averaged 5.7 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists over 17.9 minutes. The player finished the 2018-2019 campaign in the Greek League with 4.8 points, 2.85 assists and 2.04 rebounds in 18.2 minutes.
Throughout his career, Koniaris also played in Panathinaikos from 2014 to 2016. He has been a multi-medalist with the Greek national team youth teams.
