After a historic success in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, Anadolu Efes has been preparing its roster for the next season and they are interested in bringing over Tolga Gecim.
The sides have discussed a two-year deal and although they didn’t reach an agreement yet, there has been significant progress in the negotiations.
The 23-year-old has been with Banvit since 2014 and this past season has averaged 8.1 points, 3.4 assists and 3.2 rebounds in the Turkish League. In Basketball Champions League, he posted 6.3 points, 5.1 assists and 2.2 boards per game.
