According to Eurohoops sources, Panathinaikos has been active in the market and has been examining the possibility of signing Brandon Paul. The initial contact was made but there hasn’t been anything else yet.
The 28-year-old played this past season in China with Zhejiang Golden Bulls averaging 28.4 points, 9.1 rebounds and 4.9 assists over 21 games.
Paul last played in Europe with Anadolu Efes in the 2016-17 season and averaged 8.6 points and one rebound in 17 minutes of play.
Meanwhile, the deal between Panathinaikos and Tyrese Rice is expected to get closed soon.
