Stratos Perpergolou extended his stay in Serbia for one more season, as Crvena Zvezda announced that he has signed a contract for 2019-20.

A former player of Panathinaikos, Olympiacos, Anadolu Efes, and Barcelona, Perperoglou has won three EuroLeague titles, two with Olympiacos and with Panathinaikos in 2009. He has also won the Turkish Cup with Efes, the Spanish Super Cup with Barcelona and most recently the Adriatic League championship title and the Serbian championship with Crvena Zvezda.

The experience of the 34 years old forward can be a key asset for the Serbs, who return to the EuroLeague after a one-season absence.
