Serbian forward Vladimir Lucic re-signed with Bayern Munich until 2022, the German club announced.
“I’m very happy to continue being part of Bayern. We have achieved great results together in recent years and fortunately, I was able to witness that. Now, the goal for the future is simple: To be even more successful,” Lucic said after the signing of his new contract, per Bayern’s website.
Lucic, 30, has been playing for Bayern since 2016. He helped the club win the German Cup and League titles of 2018 plus the 2019 domestic championship.
In the 2018-2019 EuroLeague, Lucic averaged 10.0 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.1 steals in 26:10 over 30 games. Bayern came one win short of making the playoffs.
