Fenerbahce Beko announced that the team won’t continue with guard Erick Green in 2019-2020.
Green signed with Fenerbahce for the remainder of 2018-2019 in October following the guard Tyler Ennis’ season-ending injury. The 27-year-old former “Hokie” averaged 5.6 points, 0.8 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 12:36 in EuroLeague as the Turkish team reached the Final Four for the fourth straight season.
Fenerbahce also announced that the club is parting ways with Baris Hersek upon the expiration of the player’s contract. The team also used the opt-out clauses in the contracts of Yordan Michev and Ahmet Can Duran.
