Marcus Eriksson is signing a four-year deal with Alba Berlin according to Eurohoops sources. The Swedish swingman officially parted ways with Gran Canaria Friday by exercising an opt-out clause in his contract.

By signing with Alba Berlin, Eriksson, 25, will play in EuroLeague for the second season in a row. He averaged 10.4 points in 18;38 minutes over 29 games in his 2018-2019 campaign in the top-tier competition, shooting 41.5% on 5.6 3-point attempts per game.

Alba Berlin will compete in the 2019-2020 EuroLeague after making the German League Finals. It will be Eriksson’s third season in the competition following the one with Gran Canaria plus his 2015-2017 stint with Barcelona.
