Vanja Marinkovic has a three-year deal with Valencia, which will pay him a total of  €1.4 million, according to Eurohoops sources. The only thing left in order for the deal to be announced is for the player to pass the medical exams of his new club.

The deal is expected to include multiple NBA out clauses with the Sacramento Kings having the player’s rights after drafting him with the 60th pick.

Partizan was paid a total of €200.000 in order to release the player.

The 22 years old Marinkovic is considered one of the best European players of his age, averaging last season 12.2 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game, while shooting 32.8% from the three-point field goal in the Adriatic League.
