Zalgiris Kaunas confirmed that Gytis Masiulis, Lukas Uleckas and Arnas Velicka will spend their 2019-20 campaigns on loan to other teams of the Lithuanian LKL, via press release on Thursday.
Masiulis, 21, was loaned last season to Neptunas Klaipeda and return for the next season as well. The son of Tomas Masiulis, former member of the Lithuanian national team, averaged 11.2 points and 5.4 rebounds per match during his 2018-19 campaign.
Uleckas and Velicka, both 19 and products of Zalgiris’ youth team, will move on loan to Skycop Prienai. Both players were also teammates in the Lithuania U20 squad, which captured fifth place in the recent FIBA U20 European Championship.
