Sarunas Jasikevius is certainly no stranger for various NBA teams looking to join forces with the 43-year-old Lithuanian, but has not yet moved away from Zalgiris Kaunas, the only team of his coaching career. However, the former NBA player admitted in a recent interview to 15min that he can see himself happy in the NBA.
“I don’t have a specific goal to work in a specific team or league,” explained Jasikevicius, “For me, the most important thing is to work with good people who are professionals. I can be happy either in the NBA, Zalgiris or somewhere else in Europe.”
Aside potential future moves, the Lithuanian head coach is currently working with his players towards the 2019-20 edition of EuroLeague. His side is already 2-0 in the new LKL season.
