Dimitris Itoudis and Andrei Kirilenko after one more CSKA‘s defeat in the Euroleague Final Four, didn’t have much to say. At this point the team has to continue in season in VTB and recover.

As Itoudis said: “It’s obviously a bad defeat for us. It will be hard to give one more game in the Final Four. We have now to finish the season in VTB. My players are in a bad shape in the locker rooms. I will not tell you what exactly we said. We feel the pain deep to our bones. We have to show character. We didn’t lost the game on the last shot. We have to see how we got to this point”.

Andrei Kirilenko added: “I think we made a couple of mistakes at the end, wrong decisions that put the game in Olympiacos‘s hands – and they used it. I think we were leading by 8 points with three, four minutes left and let them score easy buckets two or three times. They kept the game until the point in which Spanoulis took it over. The rest of Olympiacos did a great job for 37 minutes, fighting to stay with us until the end. Like I said, those two, three minutes before the end were a crucial point for us. Those shots by Spanoulis were crucial and very needed, game-winning shots, but before that we shouldn’t have come to this point.”
