Nikola Mirotic became part of Real Madrid‘s rotation in late 2010 and received the Rising Star Trophy in 2011 and 2012, becoming the award’s first back-to-back winner. He also became the youngest MVP of the Month until that time in December of 2011.
After five years in the NBA, Mirotic returned to EuroLeague with FC Barcelona with hopes to expand his trophy collection by the end of his long-term contract with Real’s rivals.
