The Turkish Airlines EuroLeague fans could enjoy one of the biggest rivalries in the world when Panathinaikos and Olympiacos clashed last week for the Round 12.

As usual, the heated atmosphere in the gym was electrifying but it also brought up some issues and a disciplinary procedure was opened by EuroLeague for various incidents.

Euroleague opened a disciplinary against PAO because of the following:

– Fire crackers
– Flares
– Lack of security that led to overcapacity
– Incident with Euroleague staff member
– Incident with crew chief
– Insulting chants

The information has been sent to the judge as well as to the club which made a public announcement that they will not sell any more ‘ticket packages’ to organized fans. The individual fans will still be able to buy their tickets regularly.
