DeMarcus Nelson’s contract with Bayern Munich has expired after the first half of the 2019-20 Turkish Airlines Euroleague season and the sides parted ways, the club announced.
Nelson signed a short-term deal late in the summer in order to fill the gap left by TJ Bray who suffered an injury. Bray has gotten back to practicing with the squad while Nelson will have to search for a new team.
The 34-year-old American guard played 35 games this season averaging 4.7 points, 1.9 assists, and 1.7 rebounds in 15 minutes of play.
