The NBA can wait as Alessandro Gentile doesn’t want to leave Italy after the embarrassing end of the season for EA7 Milano which missed the Legabasket finals. As he said to Italian newspaper “Gazzetta Dello Sport”: “I want to stay in Milan, I have the fire of revenge”.
There’s no announcement yet, but according to the report, Gentile has already signed a new extension that will keep him with the team until the summer of 2018. This contract includes NBA out clauses, but for the next season the captain of EA7 Milano will remain in Italy. Gentile is currently on vacations on the Greek Island of Mykonos and according to “Gazzetta” he also refused an offer by Barcelona.
