Nikos Zisis is leaving Turkey and Fenerbahce/ Ulker and at this point he has two main option for his future. A return either to Italy, or to Greece, but not for the team he was recently linked.
Zisis can chose between EA7 Milano and Panathinaikos. Both teams are rebuilding and a guard with the experience of Nikos Zisis can be a useful presence both on the court and in the locker room. The Greens have approached him , Zisis is on top of Panathinaikos‘ list and coach Djordjevic considers him a priority.
In Milan, coach Repesa wants to pair the Greek combo guard with an American scorer, as both Jeter and Draper are targets, like Eurohoops reported. There are also many rumors about Olympiacos, however between the two sides there’s nothing more at this point than some initial contacts.
